Searching for Customers

Currently, you can search for customers in Micronet Mobile Applications by name. You can view a customer's name, address and phone number.

To search for a customer:

1. From the Micronet Mobile Applications main menu, select the GENERAL menu.
2. Select the Customers option.

Micronet displays the Customers screen.

3. You can scroll through the customers displayed by dragging up or down on the screen with your finger or the stylus.
4. To find a specific customer, tap in the enter field at the top left of the screen.

Micronet displays the screen keyboard. For more information about using the screen keyboard, refer to "Using the Screen Keyboard".

5. Enter the customer's name, or the first character(s) in the customer's name, then select the Search button.

Micronet displays all customers matching the characters you entered.

6. To view more details for a customer, tap on that customer then select the Details button.

Micronet displays the customer details.

7. Optionally, you can:

• tap the customer's address to navigate to that address - refer to "Navigating to an Address"
• tap the customer's phone number to call that number - refer to "Making Phone Calls".

8. Tap the Back button at the top of the Customer Details screen to redisplay your search results.
9. To search for another customer, tap in the enter field again, use the backspace key on the screen keyboard to clear the characters you entered, and enter your new search.
10. When you have finished viewing customer details, select the Back button at the top of the Customers screen.

Micronet redisplays the GENERAL menu.
